The main objective of Job Services Australia is to help you to obtain the skills that you need to secure ongoing sustainable employment. Work Experience provides you with practical on-the-job experience and gives you the opportunity to develop your vocational skills and knowledge and to connect with other people in the workplace. You can choose to participate in Work Experience at any time during your job search and there may be times when you are required to undertake a Work Experience Activity. However, your individual needs and circumstances will always be taken into consideration by Workways to ensure that we connect you with a suitable activity that will enhance your chances of finding employment and we will continue to provide you with ongoing assistance through regular contact appointments.
