Welcome to Workways. Since 1989 we have grown from a small community-based organisation to a dynamic, not-for-profit, charitable employment and community services organisation. Workways' head office, located in Bairnsdale, East Gippsland, supports our regional offices through which we service rural areas of eastern Victoria and southern NSW. Workways delivers programs in regional and remote areas offering accessible services to those disadvantaged by their remoteness. Workways delivers programs that assist those most in need within our community. We offer tailored employment assistance to jobseekers, particularly those who have been long term unemployed through the Australian Government's Job Services Australia Program. We also deliver programs such as the Australian Government's Youth Connections program that assist young people who have disengaged from education or training to re-engage in education or employment. Workways also offers nationally-accredited training as well as our Indigenous services programs that assist Indigenous jobseekers obtain employment. The Workways Board and Senior Personnel comprises seasoned individuals with the breadth and depth of experience, knowledge, and tools to help our clients with any issue or challenge.
