Workways can offer you access to our Stream Services under the Federal Government’s Job Services Australia Program; depending on your individual circumstances, we will assist you by tailoring our services to your employment needs.
Workways will work with you to develop an Employment Pathway Plan and provide contact with you via regular face-to-face appointments. Workways will also connect you with other services available to support and assist you during your period of unemployment.
We will take into consideration all the factors that may affect you and your job search such as caring responsibilities, disability, age, education level, recent workforce experience and cultural and linguistic diversity.
Workways will also connect you with ongoing training and/ or development activities that are relevant in the local labour market ensuring that the skills you gain will meet the labour needs of local employers and assist you in obtaining sustainable ongoing employment.
We will also connect you with our Placement Officers to provide you with the opportunity to apply for suitable vacancies that have been listed and the chance to discuss other potential employment opportunities available for you.
